MAX Interpersonal Career Coaching

MAXimize – to make as great as possible!

Serving young adults, ages 20’s – 30’s, with college degrees or in degree pursuit, needing assistance with overcoming social cognitive barriers, connecting with peers, and exploring career opportunities in order to achieve self-sufficiency.

Participants receive support in strengthening communication skills, emotional awareness and self-regulation, empathy, friendship traits, and character flexibility.

Our Interpersonal Career Coaches utilize ABA concepts and work with participants through MAX Modules, taking a holistic approach to obtaining career success and self-sufficiency. MAX Modules focus on gaining the skills to live and work independently, communicate and socialize with others in person and virtually, manage finances, and practice physical and mental wellness.
