An outreach program designed to help Survivors of Nazi Persecution and their caregivers get the most out of life.
The services we provide are:
- Assistance with reparations
- Geriatric Care Management
- Supportive counseling for life transitions, grief, relocation, family relationships
- Assistance in applying for community resources; PASSPORT, Senior Options, Medicaid, Energy Assistance, Prescription Assistance, and residential facilities
- Help accessing Jewish Family Services; Transportation, Care, giver Support, Friendly Visitors, Leah’s List, High Holidays Gift Bags, and more
- Project ARIEL – free group transportation for weekly shopping trips and monthly social programs. Social trips can include attending concerts, the theater, parks, museums and other interesting locations
- Café Europa – quarterly social and educational programs
- Financial assistance for income eligible individuals
